Community Arts Centre

A new cultural facility serving a growing suburban district, housing performance spaces, studios and exhibition areas under one roof.

The building is organized around a central atrium that functions as both circulation hub and informal gathering space. Large windows and carefully positioned openings create visual connections between interior activities and the surrounding parkland.

Flexible spaces allow the building to adapt to different events and community needs throughout the year. Architecture led the design from brief development through to completion, working closely with user groups and local stakeholders.
