The building is organized as a series of stepped volumes that follow the natural contours, minimizing earth movement and integrating the structure into the landscape. Living spaces open onto terraces at multiple levels, creating distinct outdoor rooms that respond to changing weather and sun angles throughout the day.

Material selection prioritizes durability and low maintenance while establishing a restrained architectural language. Architecture provided comprehensive services including site analysis, design development and construction administration.
