The scheme introduces 86 apartments across five to seven floors, with ground-level commercial units activating the street frontage. The buildings are positioned to maximize natural light and views towards the adjacent waterway, while planted terraces and shared amenity spaces encourage community interaction.

Material choices reflect the site's industrial heritage through contemporary detailing. Architecture provided full architectural services from initial concept through planning approval and construction documentation.
