Warehouse Conversion

The adaptive reuse of a 1920s warehouse into contemporary office accommodation, retaining the building's structural character while introducing modern environmental systems.

The original timber beam structure remains exposed, with new interventions expressed through contrasting materials. A new glazed extension provides additional workspace and creates a sheltered courtyard accessible to building users.

The project demonstrates how existing structures can be given new life while respecting their original architectural qualities. Architecture developed the conversion strategy, detailed design and provided construction oversight.
